hello!
« on: Tuesday 03 August 2010, 10:11:07 AM »
Hello,
I am so glad to have found this forum! I am the new mummy to Kitty, born April 17th. Lots to learn and to sort out - scratching, dirty ears, biting, nibbling, CHEWING, haha, everything! I've already had some wonderful tips from Kim (thank you!) and from this forum, eg. about ear cleaning. I need to find TEP powder in a bit, and am off to buy raw food later today.

I also have 3 cats who I adore (they are lovely, friendly, sociable cats) and Kitty is slowly getting used to them, and them to her. I am teaching her manners when around them. I grew up with dogs (we always had 4 dogs) but Kitty is the first dog of my own. I have soooo much cat knowledge as I have had cats for twenty-odd years and have fostered for Cats Protection for most of that time too. But Bichons and their ways are new to me!

Best wishes,
Samantha

Hi samantha

Hope that we can help you with any bichon related issues that you might have, and that you might be able to help us, or others, with any cat related issues.

Kim is the fountain of bichon knowledge so if you have any pressing concerns feel free to phone us. Evenings (not whilst eastenders is on) are the best time to phone.

warmest regards
